It’s no secret now that almost-19-year-old teen starlet Selena Gomez can call herself Justin Bieber’s girlfriend. Like, in real life, not just some dream world.
But rumors have been swirling around the internet recently that Selena might have gotten pregnant. She was hospitalized almost a month ago, reportedly for severe nausea and headaches — both coming with early pregnancy. It’s also no secret that she and her beau are quite the cozy couple these days. They shared their first public smooch at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards and have been all over each other since.
OK! Magazine had an issue a few weeks ago where they ran a story about Justin and Selena’s intimate relationship. It wasn’t graphic by any means, but for people with the right mindset it could hint that not only have they had sex but they’re doing it on a regular.

Not that it’s any of our business to know for certain what goes on between them.
Another celebrity gossip magazine, Star, ran a similar story about a Selena and Justin pregnancy scare. They wrote theirs differently but it was the same concept; how Selena’s hospitalization was suspicious, how intimate these two seem to be and those pesky “late-teens” hormones.
However, Gomez herself put these rumors to rest. She was hospitalized for malnutrition and exhaustion. According to Gomez, she was eating everything she shouldn’t have been and not getting much rest. Makes sense; she was on a promotional run for her new album, When the Sun Goes Down, with her band (The Scene), and her new film “Monte Carlo.”
Both she and her lover boy Bieber have been busy this summer, despite claims that he was supposed to be taking the summer off. The pair made an appearance at the ESPY Awards together; Justin even walked the red carpet and gave tickets to the show to his fans! What a guy.
Selena ending up pregnant by the Biebs would no doubt be a shocker and detrimental to both of their careers. But despite the fact that we can speculate all day long (those of us who actually care), what Selena says is the truth; they’re close…but not that close. Even though he’s not up for grabs anymore, neither he nor his girlfriend are ready for parenthood and they understand that. As long as the proper precautions are taken there’s no reason they can’t explore more intense regions of their relationship.
Besides, their parents would kill them.
